Reservations for accommodation at a discounted price can be made until the capacity of rooms with discounted price is reached, no later than May 24, 2025.

After this date or if the capacity of the rooms at the discounted rate is exhausted, reservations will be confirmed only upon request and the hotel reserves the right to set rates based on availability.

The accommodation prices via the booking link already include the city tax, which is 45 CZK for 2025 / person 18+ / night.

Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Release of the room and return of the entrance card is required until 12:00 on the day of departure.

VISA & Invitation Letter

Participants who need a letter of invitation (IL/OIL) to obtain a visa to enter and stay in the Czech Republic should tick it in the registration form and pay the conference fee by May 1, 2025 at the latest.
The Invitation Letter (IL) is issued by the organiser (full name, date and place of birth, nationality and passport are required). If the IL is not sufficient and the participant needs an Official Invitation Letter (OIL) issued by the local Foreign Police Department, the cost is EUR 30. The organiser reserves the right to decide whether or not the IL/OIL will be issued.

Attention:
Valid health insurance is a must.
IL/OIL cannot be issue for countries: Nigeria, Congo, Ghana (or other countries - depending on current local regulations and policies).
